any thoughts on this about super antispyware?
It's very good, use it all the time...
its ok have not use it in a long time because I think other programs do a better job

I like it for the fact that it picks up a lot of Tracking Cookies on a system mainly..

super antispyware use to be the thing back in days for removing makware
now its a difference story if you know what I mean
Just stay with Windows Defender and use a browser tool like Avira's Browser Safety or McAfee's SiteAdvisor while browsing the web
If you exercise a little caution additionally, that will go a long way
