how do i turn off automatically screen rotates on a ?

the screen flips vertically by itself this morning

Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, or Phone?

i mean the screen flipped landscape by itself this morning

You never answered our question, Jon. We cannot help you if we don't know what kind of device you're having issues with. Compton and I both tried asking you.

Basically Larry and Compton, Jon has managed to flip his screen inside windows. It is a common thing. I have done it myself
Jon if the occurs again, please follow these steps:

1. Right click the Desktop and select Display Settings

2. Select Either Landscape or Portrait Do not select Flipped Landscape or Portrait and then click apply

3. Review the changes and if you like them select "Keep Changes". If you don't the changes, select "Revert"

Alternative Solution:
Hold down the CTRL AND ALT Keys on your keyboard and press the Up Key to revert it back to normal. If this isn't the correct arrow key, you are going to have to mess around with the Arrows Keys until you are a happy with how the screen looks.
