Can I take a 64 bit Linux Iso and Convert it to a 32 bit Iso ?
Then burn it to a flash drive and install it on my 32 bit laptop ?
If so how ?

This is not possible. Can you not just download 32bit version?
No Its only available in 64 bit.
I understand you can,t do that now.
Its a respin of Lubuntu. Looks nice wanted to try it.

Yeah I see Steve released a Distro, your have to nag him to release a 32bit version, its pretty easy to do.
