Is there a process one can store files on the cloud, and not on the PC itself,
And with this process can it be done by just saving or dropping onto a file icon,
Trying to setup a process for a friend and not sure how to setup the process for cloud storage
with out need to keep it on the computer.

What windows are you running? Microsoft's Cloud Service is called Onedrive.
