After booting up, it shows blank or black screen at logon screen and i can not do it anything, i went to repair mode with my DVD, it says one restore point and it was created on December 20, 2016 but i don't want system restore
it's really frustrated, how do i bypass black screen?
did sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows no errors found

i am going to fresh reinstall windows 8.1 os with preinstalled spring update

From the recovery environment, see if you can boot into the safe mode

Have you tried to restore your RegBack Folder:



I know you have Windows 8.1, but this is the same process for the windows 10, so please follow this video
