Ah that's pausing during the Windows load not POST. Something in your startup is causing that I would say.
I have now disabled all of the startup items then shutdown and start it back up again, there is no difference.

This has been a lengthy thread so just to be sure... Uninstall any virus/malware programs you have running.
it could be master boot record problem

boot up to windows 10 using a windows 10 installation media

then command prompt

bootrec /RebuildBcd
bootrec /fixMbr
bootrec /fixboot

then restart the system
Please try startup repair.

1. Hold down left SHIFT key on Restart.

2. Click Troubleshoot.

4. In the Advanced options, select Start-up Repair.

I came across this article at https://forum.tabletpcreview.com/threads/windows-10-slow-boot-with-fujitsu-t.67201/ where the user reported a very similar issue

It was apparently resolved after an upgrade to Windows 10 and then a clean install of Windows 10. I guess a clean install of Windows 8.1 would fix this, but would still like you to upgrade and then do the clean install

Just to let you know, Microsoft is still letting users who may use assistive technologies, upgrade to Windows 10 for free..

From the readings of the graph and the info from the full system specs, it seems your ssd isn't achieving maximum speeds, they are very low! This is probably why it is slow loading up
Have a look at amazon.com, there are reviews which show how the speeds should be:

also I checked the manufacturer website
Amazon reviews also mentioned that the drive can fail easily, which makes wonder, is your drive healthy! Please follow these tutorials and let us know the results

The low speeds in the graph could be attributed to the fact that the SSD is connected to a SATA II port, as can be seen from the Speccy report

But I doubt if the boot process should be affected to such an extent just because it is connected to a SATA II port

I feel the problem is because of some software

Partha thats why I ask ages ago what port SSD is plugged into. It can make a big difference. 
I think we should close this thread. We have been discussing this for a long time already and I am now being occupied with University. From now, I will use everything that I have learnt from all of you and I will do everything in my power that I can to fix this when I've got the time.

I appreciate very much for all your support in regards to my issue.
