Thank you very much for your help Brian but I don't think this can be solved.
I keep trying to follow the tutorial from Jessica but in her card she has numbers which she uses and my card doesn't have any numbers it only has AMD Radeon R6 Graphics so i think I am stuck.

I meant to reply back, sorry. You are using a APU which is graphics built into the chip.

Your APU is low end and will be unplayable I think, its possible to get it to work, but its not advised. 

Here is a list of Sims 4 and your APU graphics is in there, so its possible to get it working. You don't have a lot of memory as well, which don't help.

Your laptop is not really a gaming laptop.
Thank you for you're help, I played the Sims 3 with a laptop with only 4 gb ram and it was good so I thought I would get a laptop with more memory so I bought this one which came ready with 8 GB ram, I was going to upgrade it to 16 GB ram but I won't bother, I am glad to say I don't play the Sims 4.
