Hi, it has been about 30 to 40 minutes, any suggestions to fix it or can i force close it with task manager?

just wait it will install .NET Framework 4 can take fair bit of time to install

yes you close it with task manager

installation has taken over 60 minutes, then forced closed installer with task manager
did system restore even antivirus temporary turned off, then it shows error message after login
did scanned with malwarebytes, avast and almost everything, no threats found
did check hard drive with crystaldiskinfo and seatools, still looks good
thinking about i am doing restore my system with AOMEI OneKey Recovery
