i would like to know why it says account unknown?
Also scanned everything with Avast, Eset online, Malwarebytes, Herdprotect, HitmanPro, results is clean
Also did sfc /scannow, no corrupted files found

Mostly you see the unknown Account when your computer is Domain Join and the user is disconnected . This can be a SID of the first user account created on the computer before it was an account from a domain.
some program also create a Special User Account
When you removing these programs they sometimes leave files behind and since they no longer have an owner, and you see Like These
Also This can be a deleted User Accounts.
You Can Check UserAccount And SID by Running this Command
wmic useraccount get name,sid
