Hey Brian thanks for the reply sorry for the late reply the error is when i boot from the Panda dvd and click on Live Failsafe everything is loading good but then i get this error at the end buffer i/o error on device sr0 logical block 1147551 thanks
Sounds like your Optical Drive is dying. Are you using a desktop or a laptop?

Sounds like GuiltySpark said failing DVDRom Drive or Bad Media. Pretty cheap to fix and easy to repair yourself.
If you can tell us what the model number is if its a Laptop so we can find a cheap replacement for you.
