i am posting this thread from safe mode
Please help me...
you can boot up into safe mode?
In the safe mode, open the command prompt with elevated rights, run sfc /scannow and let us know the results
Also, do you have AVG?

Thanks guys for responding
Yes i have avg antivirus
and result of run sfc /scannow is "Windows resource protection did not find any integrity violations"
Please help me to get out of this safe mode.
I would first like you to uninstall AVG from the control panel and once it's complete, restart the computer and run the AVG remover
Download the
avg remover from
https://www.avg.com/us-en/utilities
Let me know if you can then boot into the normal mode or not
Thanks Partha it is working for me after uninstalling the avg
but sometimes if i restart it is loading infinitely...............
