Unparking the CPU will only sightly increase the performance, not a lot! I would suggest Upgrading your CPU for better performance

For now I can't afford a new processor so I would like to just Unpark and use till I can buy a better one
ok this a laptop is keep mind heat is already a problem now when you unpack the CPU cores  it will run at a high rate all of the time

in turn what will happen the CPU fan will run at a high rate all of time because what will happen the CPU will generate lots of heat

you will the kill the CPU fan then you will probably need  to replace the fan it will cost in the long run
Warning: use at your own risk.
