From Personal Experience, I would say the SanDisk Ultra USB 3.0 64GB but remember this is a difficult question because there are so many good ones out there.
I have had luck with anything Sandisk, I have 2 Monster Digital 16G 3.0 Drives that I have been using for about a year that have held up surprisingly good. But still prefer Sandisk.
"Just a side note": Sandisk SSD's are now Western Digital, I don't know if their Flash Drives are or not.
I would recommend Corsair

Double Clutch, you mean Corsair USB flash drive?
I have a lot of USB flash drives, most are sandisk. I find them fast and very affordable with good reliability. Kingston DataTraveler are also good.
