Run a test on your memory using mem test
did you run any malware scan.how many memory stick do you have install if you have more then one install
you will have to test one at a time
Download and install
VLC media player then right click on a song and select "Open With" then select "VLC Media Player" then see if your computer crashes. Try this with several songs. If it does not crash I would uninstall and re-install Itunes.
I ran hitman pro, and avg i only have one ram stick. Ill give vlc a try here soon. Thank you timster kevin and compton.
I would like you to run sfc /scannow and let us know the results. Issues like this can arise due to driver issues or software conflicts as well
If you have the premium version of Malwarebytes, it would work in real-time along with AVG, and I wouldn't recommend that
I am also very skeptical about Spybot, and would advise you to remove it
Ill run sfc/scannow here in a bit. Where exactly do you see my serial? Windows 10 home. I posted the specs above
I tried that iTunes and it gave me nothing but trouble.
