hey guys I have an antivirus question I am wondering which one should I use as a replacement to avast

1. good a protecting my computer
2.Light on system resources
3. has a easy GUI
4. Has a scheduler built in?
5. has to be 100% free.
6.What you guys use on your computers
7. Please do not recommend panda antivirus
any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks Gabe
My first choice Windows Defender. Second Bitdefender
For reliable FREE protection, I would recommend Windows Defender and advise the use of McAfee's WebAdvisor with it.
Depends on your country, outside the UK avira is good and fairly lightweight although the initial deep scan does take some time but is fun to see the update status of 'Luke Filewalker' show up.

Inside the UK BitDefender free.
my top pick do your do your research make your choice av comparatives
its not that I don't want to pick but in my experience its different for everybody
  • Avast free
  • Avg
  • avira free
Always a hard one to answer, I use Avast on this computer.

I would highly recommend AVG free. I have used it for quite some time and have been quite pleased with the results but I recently went to Kaperskys total Paid security.
Avast or comodo after watching britecs reveiws on you tube would be the way to go https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mp6ytxMgckg&app=desktop
Guys can you please stop advising Avast. OP has stated he has this and wants to replace it.
