It should be resolved with the upgrade. The build 10240 is basically a preview build that was released for Windows Insiders, before Windows 10 went public

EAPTCB  Rest Assured you will get an update that will fix your problem. I got mine This build is Redstone 2 14915. I love the Insider program.
