To find out where the location of "program " is, right click it and click "Open File Location", this might give you some idea what it is, if not let us know

please upload startup log  how to save your start-up programs as a text file with CCleaner

it's probably caused by after uninstalling Comodo firewall free edition

Update: it's Malwarebytes Anti Exploit startup program, how do i delete it? can i download and use autorun

ok you could use CCleaner registry cleaner or use Everything Search Engine

just search Malwarebytes Anti Exploit

so can i delete the invalid registry?
