Hello to all,

My very first Post Big Grin So I have this issue with VPN not connecting to any WiFi the VPN software is Cisco. I have done several steps trying to fix this problem
with no luck here are all the steps I have done..
1) Uninstall and reinstalled Cisco Anyconnect
2) Reset BIOS
3) Remove Cisco form Computer management, reboot computer.
4) Check for any drivers updates.
5) I also did a repaired on the software.

None of these steps have resolved the issue, by the way, I have uninstall the software three times now.
My last step will be to reimage the system but I don't want to do that, since the system is running just fine.
This laptop is a Windows 7 64bit system.

Any ideas from you guys will be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi ernestad, welcome to the forums! have a look at this link to see if it resolves your issue https://www.technlg.net/windows/wifi-issues-with-cisco-anyconnect/
Thanks

Also, download and install CCleaner free https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download. Click on the left side Registry and click scan for issues, yes to backup the registry and click fix issue or issues depending on how many registry issues you got, and keep scanning and fixing the registry issues until it says "no issues were detected" and restart system
Hi REC560,

I will definitely try that and I will let you guys know if that fix the issue.
Thank you REC560
