I know a lot of you already know what I'm about to say. However some of you either, forget, or you just don't know.So here it is whenever you start to Trouble Shoot any problem, it is just good practice to create a restore point and backup your data. I am bad about reminding people. I will try to get better. So if you are having issues with your PC, you can help yourself by creating a restore point that way if when trying a fix and it makes things worse All you have to do is restore. Here is an example of what I'm talking about, the other day I found out that there was a corrupt mouse pad driver on a Dell Laptop, well the Dell site was down and time is money, so I used a driver install program. Well I've used this program before, and it has worked great, plus it saves a lot of time. To say the least, it didn't work this time.(the first time I tried) So I restored the system and tried again, Yes the same software and this time it worked. The point is I had a restore point. Another example, same tool, Installing drivers ended up with 100% disk usage. Restored the system, reinstalled the drivers, yes the same software, worked great. Now I know most of you say I wouldn't use that kind of software ever. If you create a restore point, you can try anything because of your insurance( so to speak) After all, it's not how you fix the problem.
