Just want to welcome Larry to the Moderator group, I know you did not ask Larry, but you have been doing a great job on these forums and I want to show my gratitude for all your hard work. We are not really busy with posts right now, but I think its the right thing to do. 

if your busy with work don't worry there is no pressure to commit to much time to the forum.
