Dear Brian
  how are you
       HP Laptop = Boot Devise does not found
                         Legacy support or UEFI Mode, which is right for run win 10
                         Hard Disc (3F0)
                         Can not see disk volume list?
                         try to run with fresh install , but can not find Basis Driver?

I do not have a HP Laptop to demonstrate that error.

But here is the fix that should solve your issue.

1. Try Enabling the "LEGACY" option in the BIOS and Disable Secure Boot. (Worth a try)

2. Hard Drive is Bad or Failing.

3. Partition Table is corrupt and needs to be wipe and rebuilt ie: Reformat Machine and reinstall OS with HP recovery discs.

4. Hard Drive data cable that connects it to the motherboard is bad and needs to be replaced.

5. SATA Controller on the motherboard is bad or failing. Repair if possible or replace motherboard.

As you explain me how to fix.
we check step by step and finally i found my hp laptop SATA controller on motherboard is bad and i did not want to keep it, so i just
take out my hard drive and make donation to Goodwill charity.
