i have tried replacing the WinX folder but that had no luck and the mouse movement isnt me that happens when i right-click

yes, it is just the Context menu that isn't

When i got to the (Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest­.xml) Nothing happened

He typed it wrong in the description of the video i will run it and restart now
