https://testmy.net/ I think this software is for fine tuning and not for measuring internet speed. So do a speed test with the link I provided and it will give you your download speed and your upload speed. Then you can set the software up with your internet speed.
i went to testmy.net, mine is 3.80 mbps download speed, can i set to 4 mbps and optimize?
If it were me I would get as close to my internet speed as possible. With that said I would not go over with my adjustment.
