Thank you in advance Smile

Try uninstalling and re-installing utorrent.
I uninstalled utorrent using iobit uninstaller so i could make sure all the utorrent files were gone and then i restarted the pc and reinstalled utorrent after the pc was set to an idle, as soon as i opened the app i got this [attachment=1300] for 7 minutes and the the app works perfect after that

Open "Task Manager" and got to the "Performance" tab and observe your resources (cpu cores, Memory and disk activity) as you open utorrent.
