which is answer depending on what kind of hard drive you are using it can slow down windows
also the hard drive tested and work ok

Seems unlikely you are running slow with a ssd. I have seen this happen when the ssd fills up. Be sure your ssd is not full. Was the original install on that ssd a clean install?

This problem will always occur even you disabled this at the services, I tried it a couple of times and when theres an update it always gets it and Im lagging crazy lol.
