Full Version: manufacturer's recovery discs errors

Hello everyone,
I'm having an issue recovering my laptop back to factory default settings. I purchased a set of recovery discs from my manufacturer. And it wont make it past the 2nd recovery disc. It keeps saying restore failed error code=0x15(The device is not ready), or sometimes it will display error code=0x17(Cyclic Redundancy Check). I have no idea what these mean or what's going on. Could anyone help me out please. That would be a great help. Thank You.
