I have an old laptop that I use primarily offline for tasks. I have service pack 3 but this file is not included. Everywhere I go to down load this file, it is corrupted. Can anyone supply me with a clean copy or a place to get a clean copy?

what file are you talking about Service pack for windows 7 XP?

That must be xp home or pro sp3. Watch this video by britec https://youtu.be/01dFJey0d3k also it could be that you have the file but its embedded in the system which if it is you will get an error message
