Hello dear friends,

My notebook, Asus X550LD Intel i3-4010U VGA-NVIDIA Geforce 820M RAM 6GB, has such trouble when i shut down it led and cooler also still on. I discovered it when one morning its battery was discharged/empty. There is installed Windows 10 pro x64.
see attached photo please. Please help me. Thanks in advanced.
Maybe the computer is not shut down totally. Do you shut down by using the start menu? Try holding the power button down for 10 or more seconds to see if it will completely shut down.
i am shuting down from start menu of course. i tried after pressing on that button and also removing a battery to shut it completly.
could be malware related

I did some research and saw that the problem could also occur if some changes are made to the bios settings, especially to the boot order

Just get inside the BIOS and load the default values as explained in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zRpnsrHMhKY.. your laptop's bios may look different though
Thanks friend for replays. i will do everything what did u advised me both. and will let u know.
I tried both advises what u gave me friends. i reset BIOS and scan system with malwarebytes. and after i shut notebook from start menu and it off normally as i wanted. Thanks for that useful advises.
