I use Avast and enable gaming mode, so I don't get popups while in game.

Is it normal for it to know my wifi password?

Also if i don't want certain parts of this avast program how do i uninstall them?
Because it did not give me any option to download the "Avast Safe Browser"

Click "Settings" then "Tools" in Avast and you can disable parts of Avast you don't want. I do not think there is any way of keeping the Avast Safe Browser from downloading. Even after deleting the shortcut Avast repopulates it on your desktop.

Windows Defender would be just fine.. you may also choose to install a free browser extension like Web of Trust for an extra layer of security
It works with most of the popular browsers and would display ratings of sites in the search results, based on feedback from users and other sources so that the user gets an idea about the site's safety before opening it
The ratings would be displayed as you can see below

Is it supposed to know my wifi password? I don't really know much about networking and stuff like that.

It's supposed to add a layer of protection for you current connection but it is not needed.
