I've worked for Microsoft and Symantec and often help my friends with their computer related issues, both hardware and software

it's important because you will be given tools to moderate at the end of the day you can do some damage to the forum with great power comes great responsibility

- use a computer free from malware to login forum
- use a secure internet connection/ network to login forum
