I know about most of the features of VBOX, but can it be used like Power ISO to mount ISO's and run them or is PowerISO the best? if not which is, in your opinions the best .iso mount and run?
no you can't edit the ISO in Virtualbox you only can run them virtually
in my opinion powerISO get the job done for editing

I guess by "edit" you mean mount and run or extract?
OK editing using a program to open ISO to add or delete files
now depending on how you want to edit the ISO
you may have to chose difference program
add updates to a windows ISO
win toolkit
