I tried to install and open FormatFactory, any ideas to fix it?
re download the program close all program during installation
also disable malwarebytes as I can see its detecting open candy
i have tried re download again, disabled malwarebytes, it still crashes
what operating system are using ?
windows 8.1 home with spring update and latest updates
it's not a windows 8.1 error contact FormatFactory on the matter
