Hello I have a refurbished HP laptop with windows 7 and office preinstalled. However the stickers on the bottom, don't contain the product keys. I contacted the company and they said I need to send it in to get reimaged. Any suggestions on how I can create a recovery partition without data loss, etc This laptop is my work laptop, so I can't aford down time.
