it is possible to make so that it becomes a black theme in the folders instead of white Windows 10?

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Colors

and

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\Colors


The Start menu color StartColorMenu and AccentColorMenu DWORDs.
