Using an SSD as my system drive, I'm always aware of the size of the temporary files held by windows.

On Win10 there is an option in Settings -> Storage, then clicking on the system drive.. then selecting temporary files. It gives the option to clean the temporary files. But for a lot of people (including me) it doesnt work. It doesnt appear to clean anything.

I've seen a few videos about alternative ways. But none really goes in to detail as to why the clean up button doesnt work and how to manually clean the temporary files.

So a video on this would be good, as Ive noticed its a problem quite a few people have.
