DISKPART

Select Disk 0

DELETE partition

DISKPART

Select Disk 4

DELETE partition

Please tell me that this will not break my computer. It seems like I will no longer have an OS to turn to if I remove Ubuntu.
yes it will remove Ubuntu but the windows partition will be ok

after removing you Ubuntu

you will try

bootrec /RebuildBcd
bootrec /fixMbr
bootrec /fixboot

maybe Ubuntu is stopping it from getting fix
In trying to delete partition 0, it says "Virtual Disk Service error: The extended partition is not empty." How do I continue?
just clean the partition

diskpart

list disk

select disk 0

attributes disk clear readonly

clean

Do you mean partition 0 or my whole disk?
partition 0

Now it says when I try to delete it: "Virtual Disk Service error: The disk is not initialized."

My partitions are gone...

All of them after running the: attributes disk clear readonly command.
did you run select disk 0 ?

that was my mistake sorry

I am guessing all your partitions are gone. do you have recovery disk or usb?
No, but I can make one.

But, does a windows iso install count? Because I can go to repair computer if that is where you are asking me to go.
ifrst off I hope you did not lose any important data do you have assess to a next computer do you have a flash drive you had windows 10 install what edition?
with that being said, you probably had to format the hard drive because Ubuntu really did a number on your system that why it's important to make a system image you can restore from
