OK What i did,i can not boot dvd or usb, i go to Command drive, C Administrator and check my list volume, then i choose this
C Drive and Format it.Once i format  finish , my pc off.  when i pc on screen say,s all partition is Delete.
    now windows can not load. PLEASE USE  REINSTALL WINDOWS DVD OR USB DRIVE.
   I USE USB DRIVE, WHICH I MADE (WINTOBOOTIC) BEFORE AND I REINSTALL FRESH WINDOWS 8.
  AND, i install the Gateway Factory Default  system.
