Backing up data is one of the most important but overlooked tasks for a computer user.  If you have another backup app you might not consider letting Windows do it, but overall, the new backup and restore utility in Windows 7 is much better than previous versions.

There is no screen shots and you have copied the whole post on your website? If you want a link back to your site, make 10 posts and then you can add a link signature, this can been seen as spam.

I am edited your post, because it was copied from your site, if you are active for a while, I don't mind, but we have a lot of spam sites posting links on there first post and never seen again, these will be deleted. Hope you understand.

Also if you want to write a tutorial, please post on the tutorial section.
