After installation cannot open programs on desktop ?

Are you getting any error messages when you try opening programs?

Did you install Windows with a legitimate copy?

Thank You for your reply! But I am not getting error messages , it just won't open . Also it is a legitimate copy with proper license key.

I did a clean install of Windows 7 Ultimate , 32 bit.

On the Desktop;

Hold Ctrl+Shift+Esc

Release and Task Manager should pop up.

Let me know if you get that.
