At this point in time, I would recommend backing up the disc(if you haven't already), do a complete windows reinstall after you wipe the drive. Then before you install anything else, run Crystal Disc again, and then run the drive's company diagnostic software. I believe you will find the hard drive bad.
I think you may be looking at getting hold of a disc and trying to repair the OS, or a complete reinstall. The system sounds so heavily destroyed, let that be a lesson to people who insist reg cleaners / system Optimizers are great....this is what happens 90% of the time.
Just reviewed the system error logs. Saw the below two errors constanting repeating since 3/19.
1. SHELLHW Detection - Unavailable
2. WSearch - Unavailable

Just downloaded Windows 10 iso file and burned it the DVD. Getting ready to boot from it and try Repair first, if it doesn't work then will try clean install.

Also unloaded 20.2 gigs of Customer's User Data.
May wait a day before contacting customer to see if a post comes through with a possible answer.
Again thanks all who have helped me. I will update this log with final results in hopefully a few days.
Just decided to do a PC Reset removing all files. This worked. I now have the computer back up and have restored the data and it looks good. I really appreciate all the people who supported me on this.
