The PC is a Toshiba AIO Qosmio 750 DX desktop with Windows 10 Pro installed.
This error comes up on first log in it will not let you sign in you have to restart the destop.
The Group Policy Service Failed the Sign-in.
The Universal Unique identifier (UUID) type is not supported.
