i thought Linux Mint can use UEFI boot? don't want disable UEFI boot, format and reinstall win8.1 because don't want activation limit reach

you will have to disable UEFI you can,t install Linux with UEFI Enable

I think it would be better if you wait on still you get a computer

that can do Virtualization

yeah but i seen that video on youtube can be UEFI boot mode

you can try it just make sure to create a system image

you can recover from.
