Hi, I am new here and this is my first post! Big fan of Britec! Anyway, I was wondering if anyone new of a live cd for hard drive backups. Preferably one that has good rep and support. Thanks guys!

What backup are you trying to do? image, clone, data, user profile? there is many ways to backup data, its going to depend on the situation your in and the way you want to go about backing up. 

There are just some options.

1. Hard Drive Docking Station 3.5inch and 2.5inch

3. Paid Clone & Image Backup Software

4. External Hard Drive Enclosure


5. Hirens BootCD



6. Create your own rescue cd

I haven't used it yet...but I will soon...it also backs up Linux which is very handy too.

P.S. It doesn't Clone ...only backs up an Image.
