the video seems not vertical sync, can i install intel hd graphics? i am using Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU E4600 @ 2.40GHz
It should be installed, if not check this site Intel Graphics Drivers for Linux

and you will have to use the driver Linux lite comes with
There is a Linux version for that chip on this site, you have to translate page, is that any good Compton?

i don't know which one i am going to download
this is the problem with Linux and Manufacturer's you just can,t download a video driver like in windows

because what will happen sometime Manufacturer's like AMD Intel will stop supporting proprietary driver for that hardware

because of the age of hardware

or

sometime Linux will stop supporting proprietary driver for that hardware

because of the age of the hardware

what Linux will then do is to create a generic Driver

which sometimes don,t work that great
