For 4GB of Memory means you can set it to 1.5 times the amount
1024 = 1GB so that's 4096 multiply by 1.5 = 6144.
So you can set it to 6144 or recommended size 5973
Here is what it should look like.

For 16GB of ram you should be able to use no paging file setting.

Yea I think he made an honest mistake what with everything else he's doing and the holidays as well, but wasn't sure if he'd seen something I hadn't.
