Let's get started
1. My audio jitters and makes sounds e.g (errr, eee, aaa, etc) for a couple of seconds maybe even half a second but still noticeable.
2. I do get the Driver error thing and i will tell you what i have tried to resolve it The list is below.
The List:

Changed the TDR to 8 then 10 then 0 Nothing happened reverted back to original value.
[*] Under-clocked my GPU (R9 270x) Back to original
[*] Turned up my fans to 80% - 100% Nothing Back to original
[*] Try'd to under clock my CPU Back to original
[*] Used a different user still happened
[*] I have a USB 16gb 3.0 and an extra hard drive so both can be used to diagnose this problem if i have to.
[*] MemCheak nothing cam up done it for 24H once then over night to 3pm No errors (Thinking of getting new ram tho)
[*] The services that is used to defrag my system is not working Plus Task scheduler not working
[*] I changed to not using GPU accelerator Everything worked fine played games that use Direct X still fine Played mine craft Crashed on me same as Flash games and emulators of all sorts crashed.
[*] I have Who crashed The program If that's needed.
[*] Changing to OpenGL working perfectly nothing happened.
[*] Disk error checking thing did that as well.
[*] Used safe mode everything fine
3. Fans slow down when the black screen happens and programs crash when this happens some don't.
I'm thinking of reinstalling windows i don't have a optical Drive because that one broke.
Or installing Linux mint as i side OS

Scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Please download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and save it to your desktop.

• Install the progam and select update.
• Once updated, click the Settings tab, in the left panel choose Detctions & protection and tick Scan for rootkits.
• Click the Scan tab, choose Threat Scan is checked and click Scan Now.
• If threats are detected, click the Apply Actions button. You will now be prompted to reboot. Click Yes.
• Upon completion of the scan (or after the reboot), click the History tab.
• Click Application Logs and double-click the Scan Log.
• At the bottom click Export and choose Text file.
  

Save the file to your desktop and include its content in your next reply



Fix with AdwCleaner

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode and save the file to your desktop.

• Right-click on icon and select Run as Administrator to start the tool.
• Follow the prompts and click Scan.
• When finished, please click Clean.
• Upon completion, click Report. A log (AdwCleaner[S*].txt) will open.
  

Please include the contents of that file in your reply.


HitmanPro

• Please download HitmanPro.
• Launch the program by double clicking on the icon. (Windows Vista/7 users right click on the HitmanPro icon and select run as administrator).
• Click on the next button. You must agree with the terms of EULA.
• Check the box beside "No, I only want to perform a one-time scan to check this computer".
• Click on the next button.
• The program will start to scan the computer. The scan will typically take no more than 2-3 minutes.
• When the scan is done click on drop-down menu of the found entries (if any) and choose - Apply to all => Ignore <= IMPORTANT!!!
• Click on the next button.
• Click on the "Export scan results to XML file".

  Fix with Junkware Removal Tool
  
  Please download JRT by Thisisu and save the file to your desktop.
  Temporary disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware protection - instructions here.
  
  
  • Right-click on icon and select Run as Administrator to start the tool.
  • Follow the prompts and let this process run uninterrupted.
  • This scan can take a while, depending on your System specs.
  • Upon completion, a log (JRT.txt) will open on your desktop.

  Do not forget to re-enable your previously switched off protection software!

Why would you crank up your fans? Do you suspect you are overheating? CPU @ 100% constantly will cause audio jitter. Can you please post your system specs.

• How long you been running that CPU and GPU overclocked?
• Has your overclock ever been stable?
• Have you been suffering Crashing, BSOD, or Overheating? if so how long has this been going on? and when did it start?
• When you overclocked your computer, did you stress test the CPU and GPU to see if was stable?
• What are the temps of you GPU and CPU at idle and under max load?
• What is your system spec?
• How old is your hardware?
• Is the case and fans clean and free from dust?
  

Please try and answer these questions as clear as possible so we can get a understanding to what is going on.
