Hi everyone,
this may seem on the surface an easy issue, however it is more strange.

when I go to Internet properties to restore advanced settings the 'Reset Internet Explorer settings tab below is not shown so I can't 'Reset Internet Explorer to their default condition'

Something has broken this deliberately to defend itself

Has anyone got a fix can't go to group policies as it is not the correct version of windows 8.1

many thanks in advance
