I currently have a legitimate copy of Windows 10 Home installed on my laptop,in my updates i have this issue which is irritating me is anybody else having this issue?

System file check (SFC) Scan and Repair System Files

if that don,t work

I would just wait Microsoft is having a bit of problem with that update

I ran sfc /scannow the tool found corrupt files but could not fix them, so i just wiped the hard drive and installed windows 7. Thanks for your help
