I am going to use a program call Amphetamines you can download it here amphetamines

now it comes in two  version installer and portable

I will be using the portable

take note to download the program you will need to enter a name and email then foolish IT will send a download link

• select Amphetamines V1 portable
• enter name and email
• check the box
• after receiving the download link and downloading Amphetamines
• extract  Amphetamines
• after extracting
• open  Amphetamines  as administrator
• select apply this will prevent your computer from screen saver
• sleep mode shutdown restarting
