hi guys , i have hp stream 7, i upgrade to windows 10 then i downgrade to windows 8.1 pro N with clean install but now auto screen rotate option is not exist . what can i do ?

Try the Winkey+O (Winkey = key with windows / flag on it)
Hold down Winkey and press O it should toggle the auto rotate on / off.
Failing that go to Charms Bar (right hand side) and select Brightness.
Left Mouse Button the Screen Icon at the top of the Brightness slider.
Hold down Winkey and press O it should toggle the auto rotate on / off.
